How feedback works

Better feedback keeps better ideas moving.

We do not need everyone to design the solution. We need the right people to tell us what is true, what is unclear and what the business cannot compromise.

Consolidated

One agreed response prevents contradictory rounds and keeps accountability clear.

Specific

Connect feedback to an audience, business goal, content fact or known constraint.

On time

Review windows protect project momentum and make launch planning dependable.

Before “done”

The launch gate.

A website moves to production only after the agreed critical checks and stakeholder acceptance are complete.

Critical journeys work end to end
Approved content is complete
Responsive layouts are verified
Keyboard and accessibility checks pass
Performance targets are reviewed
Metadata, sitemap and redirects are ready
Analytics and consent are verified
Backups and rollback are prepared

Process questions

Useful things to know.

Timing depends on scope, content readiness, integrations and review speed. A delivery plan is agreed after discovery rather than promised before the work is understood.

For a very focused page, discovery may be compact. It is never absent: the design still needs a clear audience, message and action to solve for.

Review rounds and approval points are defined in the proposal. We focus feedback at the right stage so structural decisions are not reopened during final polish.

The engagement can use client-supplied copy, collaborative content development or a separately scoped copywriting stream. Ownership and deadlines are agreed before design depends on it.

Every launch includes an agreed stabilization period. Ongoing maintenance, content support and improvement can continue under a separate plan.
