Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the accepted proposal, package, and work already completed. Deposits may be non-refundable once discovery, design, or delivery work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing. If a project is paused or cancelled by either party, Papper Web will confirm any amounts earned for completed work and any refundable balance according to the accepted commercial terms. Refund requests for online payments, where applicable, will be reviewed against provider rules and the relevant invoice or proposal record. This draft should be reviewed and approved by qualified legal or business stakeholders before production reliance.
